I can't really get rid of all the bad food because I live with my parents and they eat terribly... But, I am going to be getting some fruits and veggies today.

I do some of those things you suggest. I eat eggs almost all the time. i have the frozen meets I just have a difficult time of keeping up with cooking them ahead of time. Greek yogurt I eat basically every other day and I have protein bars and protein powder. But, I will try the starkist thing. The other stuff i've tried…

I do squats, deadlifts, single-leg squats, squat jumps, lunges, etc....I train them 5 days a week. And I do 60 min two times a week of intense cardio

You're very right. I have been trying to kick my butt to get more protein but it seems like I cant seem to get it and keep up with my schedule. I'm not sure what to do to start getting more protein in my day. The carbs are the easiest to get no matter what I try. I guess I need to start pushing harder

Well, im not sure I'm losing fat (but pretty sure I am) but at least Im losing inches in my waist and hips.

Im in the process of weight training to get in shape and right now its making my butt look better, and it is still plenty soft haha

Same as graysmom. I have gained an inch or so from water weight and plus i ate salty food and alittle junk food and poof in one week over an inch.

Body Combat is similar to turbo kick so it's vigorous. I thought it looked fun but none of my local gyms have it. I don't eat back calories burned because I eat more than the set amount the next day. I do lift as heavy as I can already and I try to increase whenever possible. My calorie goal is different for certain days because I do weight lifting on the days that I eat more than the certain goal listed. I also do measure all my…
