I log everything too. I take chia seed for fiber and it even has calories in it that I log.. and my flax seed too... so yes I log veggies, I don't eat fruit to high in carbs for me...

I don't even count my work out toward more food. I just count it as good for my over all health.. I count is as a plus in my weight loss. Easier that way.

I cheat every Sunday that is my free day. On Sunday I eat more of things I like and probably should not have. it has not hindered my weight loss what so ever. I just make sure I get right back on it on Monday. It gives me a day to look forward to having things I wanted throughout the week.

I have flabby arms I bought a exercise band... they are cheap around 9 bucks... just started it so not sure if it will work but at least it gives me some upper body work out and it can go anywhere with you and not hard to do.. there are all kinds of band exercises on line if you google it... even if the flab doesn't go…

In't in you, not on you.. it is not on your hips, leg, belly or anywhere.. it is when you stay at that weight for a while that it shows.. so just be good and it will be gone.. I have a day FAt day every Sunday and still lose weight every week.. I never weigh on Monday because I know it will be up.. I weight Sunday mornings…

but my point it.. people lose lots of weight taking in LARGE amounts of calorie on those diets... so the calorie in calorie makes me wonder???

I ended up with the second kind.. Happen 6 years ago. I have a man I had when we first met... loving and caring about everything I do.. after 17 years we had lost that.. he looked for it somewhere else.. realized he made a mistake and things have not only been good.. they are even better....

I was pre-diabetic and went on a low carb diet and now I am not pre- anymore. I test often.. I still maintain a low carb diet getting my carbs from healthy veggies.. After all it the carbs that spike that sugar.. I do fitness pal but I still keep my carbs low...

He supports me when I am really trying,, but if I blow it he's there to say oh well fat and happy we are... so he does both, but it doesn't matter my weight is not about him.. it's about ME..

It varies for each person. When I go on a low carb diet.. I keep my carbs under 20 for two weeks.. i eat lots of low carb veggies and lean protien. Then I kick it up to 40.. But some people can do as many as 100 and still lose weight.. I try to keep mine at 40 even on fitnesspal.. that is net carbs.. I subtract the fibre…

False.. I think people can make mistakes.. i say first time might have been a mistake and they feel really sorry and show it.. But second time is their way of life and not mine... I don't think in anything we do if we do it once it will mean we will do it again...

Being over your fat is easy to do.. somethings that are good for you are high in fats like salmon and avacaod's.. I just worry about the calories and eating healthy...I try to keep the carbs within range that way I know I'm eating the good carbs and and not a lot of junk..
