I'm in. Never gotten past day 5 on my own so could do with some motivation!

Waitrose do spaghetti squash. I got some last year.

You can buy liquid egg whites in Sainsbury's. They were near the butter in the chilled section when I last saw them in my branch. Can't imagine they are cheap though. Goodness Direct and iHerb are good websites to use to find stuff more common in America or British versions of them.

They have the tinned stuff in Waitrose for about £1.40 which is way cheaper than on the internet. In my local store it is in the baking/tinned fruit aisle.

You can check the results on the website for your local run. It also gives you a good idea of how many people there are running. I was surprised that there were almost 300 people running in the one near me!

Do you mean loose tea or tea bags? Most online stores that I have seen tend to have higher postage (~£5) unless you meet their minimum spends which are usually around £30. For teabags places like Holland & Barrat usually have a slightly different selection to most supermarkets. Waitrose is always a good place to try as…

Banana soft serve (aka best health food discovery ever) made with a bit of cocoa powder. Not quite Ben & Jerry's but does the job for me!

Not managed to post the last few days but I'm still going and will be doing day 5 as soon as dinner is done digesting! Day 4 felt like a world away from day 1. I seemed to have loads of energy and didn't ache as much from the day before. I felt so good I even moved up to my next set of weights. Hopefully it will carry on…

I've lost track of which thread I was in and the other one is huge so I'm bookmarking this one! I did day 2 earlier. It was harder due to achy muscles but I timed it better around meals unlike yesterday  Taking photos is a good idea. I took measurements yesterday but might do some pics tomorrow. See you all on day 3!…

Give it a few more hours. I was fine this morning but parts are slowly starting to ache now!

Not sure which thread to post in now but this was the one at the top. I'm done for today. It's been a while since I did any exercise so am jumping right in there with 30DS. I've never gotten past day 5 so that's my goal for the week. It was as hard as I remembered but I stretched well after so hopefully won't hurt as much…

I think the jumping jacks are purely there as a 'keep the heart rate up' exercise so you could probably just switch them for one of the other cardio type exercises that don't hurt your knee.

I'm in. Just need to clean off the thick layer of dust from the DVD and do it! Would love to complete it this time. I've never gotten past day 5 before.
