You can loose 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks if you are committed. Make sure you log all your food and exercise and committ to drinking water in replacement of soda, coffee, tea, etc. Like I said, I'm obviously no expert but I have a lot to loose (both physically and emotionally). I'm not new to MFP, but feel like I am starting new. I did great mid-summer and early fall and then set it all aside. I've gained back 7 of the origianl 18 I lost. So, my valentines goal is to get rid of the re-gained 7 and loose an additional 5.

Dannon Oikos honey flavor, dip apple slices in it for a yummy snack. Local brand available at Whole Foods is called Atlanta Fresh. They have a chocolate & chili flavored Greek yogurt that makes an awesome smoothie with a banana and Silk Pure Dark Chocolate Almond milk.

The Complete Whole Grains Cookbook by Judith Finlayson. The recipes are great, but the book also has a large front section that provides great information on each of the grains, how to store, cook, nutritional info, etc. I also love The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook.
