I ride my bike as well to work. I really push myself on the way home. Take hills on with more intensity and quicken the pace. If I able not ready to fall off after I am home then I know there was still more in me.

Personally prefer Almond milk. After watching Dr Oz I added coconut milk. You can get both of them together through Blue Diamond.

I agree. I have never been able to tolerate the taste. Especially the greenberry. I tried them for 90 days but enough was enough. I have had Advocare as well. Tasted way better but my body did not like them. I have been using Body by Vi since October and the base is amazing by itself and adding fruit or other ingredients…

I agree Hal Higdon has a lot of great resources. I just got the latest Runners World Magazine in the mail and it is talking about half marathon in this issue. Haven't had time to look at it yet but they do an awesome job as well. I did 3 half marathons last year and never did well at training schedules but did what I…

Anyone can feel free to add me. I am on all the time with training for a half marathon in September. Working on losing 50 pounds right now

I don't believe it does. I used to make these all the time but eventually decided I needed something healthier. If you are like us on the go all the time, look in the freezer section for skillet, crock pot, etc. meals. We have enjoyed those much more.

going to have to try this. Thanks for sharing since ice cream is my weakness. It is no longer my friend nor allowed in my house.

Had a lot of luck with the Magic Bullet but with making two shakes a day for two people we upgraded to the ninja. We seemed to go through a lot of other blenders with ice.

Keep with it! I am runner and for me I sign up for races about every 90 days to push myself. Depending on what you enjoy doing for exercise see if there are events around you to keep you motivated.

Our chiropractor endorses their supplements and this cleanse. I have not tried it myself but here is the information for those interested. http://www.standardprocess.com/display/StandardProcessCatalog.spi?ID=14

Don't get discouraged so soon. It does take time for your body to change. Keep plugging away and you will get the results you are looking for.

Feel free to look at my food diary, though I did not post for a couple of weeks while helping my wife recover from surgery. I have a lot of different shakes I have come to like. Most of them consist of 1 cup of fruit. Depending on what it is I'll do 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 tsp of extracts. I know…

I would agree with this. I had the worst time while on the product. Actually did it for a couple of months but in the long run stopped.

Did you start out by stretching? Not sure if you have heard of walking on your heels. This article might helps, http://www.howtop10.com/articles/how-to-prevent-shin-splints

Anyone is welcome to add me. I am doing 30DS with my wife and training for a half marathon this September. I am on here everyday so it is easy to catch me.

Welcome! Congrats on your success so far. My wife and I just started 30DS together and training for a half marathon in September. Anyone is welcome to add me.

On here everyday, and could use the accountability as well. Started 30DS with my wife. Training for a half marathon in September. My goal is to shed off an hour and get it done in 2 hours this year. Need to quicken my pace by 1 minute a month to get there.

awesome job

Great job on the success you have already had. Depending on your diet you can still drop weight with your options despite the injury. Keep plugging away!! Remember how great it felt prior to your injury and harness that until you get new victories under your belt.

Welcome! Anyone please feel free to add

I agree, she has some killer recipes for shakes and just general recipes.

Happy share my lengthy list of recipes. Just send me your e-mail address. It is quite the variety using Body by Vi shake mix. Definitely will work for anyone though.

Just got a message that they are featuring a clean eating plan as well.

Especially first thing in the morning what I have found useful is walking for like 5 minutes to get the muscles going and then do my stretches. Are you stretching beforehand? I agree if you are just starting out I would do something like a couch to 5K. I have found I have really like Hal Hidgon's training calendars.…

Great job! I have not ran since September and getting back into it. My dog gave me that same look a couple nights ago. Cannot wait to be dragging her home in the next week.
