There's workout music on Pandora that has a great mix of music. Otherwise there is always fit radio that tells you the bpm and with that different types of music in that range.

Yaktraxs, https://www.yaktrax.com/, have been a definite help to ensure not losing it during my run. Otherwise the only other thing I have is a neck warmer that way I can pull it up for breathing when the temps are too low.

I have found Fit Radio on my phone works well. There are all kinds of different types of music genres. Personally I listen to Trance which has 125 to 150 bpm.

Finally found something that really works and tastes great. My favorite post workout is my Peanut Butter Banana Body by Vi Shake. The best part I have been getting my shakes for free since November of last year. That is a price you cannot beat :)
