I want in too.......I've been making a REALLY HOT halloween costume and want to feel great wearing it.
I'm 153 lbs....10 lbs sounds like a good realistic goal but I would like to aim for 15 which will bring me down to 138
Now before I weigh myself for the next weigh in I would like to say that I've gained weight during the summer and I find when that happens and I start losing it again I lose quit a bit right away.....I do not starve myself lol0 -
I'm in! My goal is 5 lbs/month by the end of the year, and this fits in with that!

I know, I gained a lot of weight during the summer too. I normally don't have a problem losing that first few pounds either, but then I hit a plateau.0 -
I'm in! I'm going for my #1 goal weight of 140.
Weighed in this morning at 155.
I'm totally good all week long but the weekends kill me. Peer pressure.
A year ago this November I was at my goal weight, but I started slipping a bit on my diet, then in May I broke my leg at derby practice. I did what I could to not fall off the truck, but I fell off the truck a bit. Now I'm back on skates, and have started Couch to 5K over again, aiming to run a 5K on October 13th.

I'm in! My goal was originally to have lost 20 pounds by halloween. Currently I'm 146.6 and I want to get to 130. It puts me at needing to lose 2 pounds a week which I think is doable. But if I lose 10 I will be happy, since that will put me at my original goal!

That happens to me too. If I eat nothing but crap over the weekend, I'll be up 5 pounds, but it drops right off me again plus some within 2 days of regular eating, and exercise.0 -
I am loving this!!!! My goal is to be 179 by 10/31. I am at 1191 I was at 193. I just really wanna be back in the 170's. SO my goal is 12 lbs0

I'm in because I have a closet full of slutty Halloween costumes!!! Currently 130, only want to lose 5 lbs. My focus is on toning all over, particularly butt, thighs & tummy. I need to eat cleaner and up the frequency and intensity of my workouts.
I have a sexy ragdoll costume that I bought a couple years ago but haven't worn out in public yet. It consists of a very short, very tight and low cut blue dress with red and white striped thigh high stockings, meow! I also have sexy beer wench, nurse, and school girl costumes. I must drink at least 8 glasses of water and eat healthy (I tend to go overboard over the weekends).
I'm currently on the 3rd week of the Body Revolution, so exercising 6 days a week should do something, right? :happy:
