Newbie, reporting in!

Hi!

I just got a heart rate monitor strap, and working on finding the best sources of information of what I'm doing. Since MyFitnessPal intergrates the apps I'm using, I figured I'd sign up and see what's what!

I've been on SparkPeople for awhile, but have mainly been lurking and using it for tracking my workouts.

I'm really pushing recently to lose this weight. I'm getting married in a year and a half, and then we're going to be working on babeh making, so I need to lose the weight so both the babeh to be and I can be as healthy as possible!
