What has worked best for my wife and I is EMeals. Not sure if you have heard about it. It takes care of all the menu planning and grocery lists. All I have to do is print and go to the store. I forgot to post my results. I lost about 20 pounds but the real change was in size. Went down from XL to L and 42 to 36. Great stuff. Just started my third challenge last week. Cannot wait to see the results!!

My bosses begged me to go get some smaller shirts on Friday. Went out and dropped from an XL to L. I was on the edge and did not feel comfortable the last couple of months. No longer a confidence issue since I am looking great in them now!!

Looking at your diary I see that you are often skipping a meal in a day. The biggest success I have found it making sure to do the three main meals and then supplementing with snacks.

I am not sure where you are compared to your goal weight/ideal BMI but once you get closer to that your weight loss will slow down. I was just looking at this the other day because I saw a friend post something about it on Facebook. It may give results but with the ingredients I would not think it would be sustainable once off the product. Just my opinion though.
