I'm 5'5 started at 205 and lost some before mfp. People noticed at about 20 lbs. Fell off the wagon at 40 lost gained 10 back and now I'm almost at what I was when I fell off. I'm hoping once I get back below that and beyond it may be noticed again. :)

I did this all thru high school and beyond, until I got preggos at 20 and didn't care anymore. And it does work and help. I need to start doing it again now that I am losing. I am so scared I may need a 'real' tuck when I get down to goal (205 highest weight and 2 kids).

EVerybody needs to do what works for them. When I hit a funk I will look at making changes. Plateaus happen regardless and they mean you have to change things up. My doctor recommended this, it has worked for me, is safe and I feel great. I am still eating enough to be healthy at 1200 whether I exercise or not.

As long as you eat 1200 at least (as a woman) you don't have to eat them back unless you are exercising heavy.

EVerybody does it different. I saw a few who do similar to what I do. I always try to eat within about 50 of the recommended 1200. I use my exercise calories to create more deficit. So I net around 850 a day after my exercise calories come off my eating calories. My recommended calories to maintain my current weight is…

I took phentermine and the weight loss was great for the first 3 weeks I think I lost like 14 lbs after that I barely lost so I figured feeling crappy and akward at work from the pill was definetly not worth having the same weight loss I could have on my own.

I been doing 25 mins cardio and 25 strength I work different parts of the body everyday so I get a few days in between working that group again. I want to do this 6 days a week.
