Umm yes. Some fruits are quite high in cals and carbs and sugars. If you eat it- log it. Even if your one of those people with the problems that eat toilet paper and stuff (log that extra fiber it's good stuff) :wink:

It's not a diet it is literally the way we are supposed to eat. Even compare it to the food pyramid (not that I put much faith in that though lol).

^^^^ this- settings I have my proteins set higher than that however because carbs and my waistline do not get along well and I just started strength training.

You can change your profile setting to show you up to 4 categories your goals and your actual counts. I have mine set to show me my carbs, protein, fat and sodium. You can also manually change the ratio's under one section I think the goals?

There's actually an option for strength training under the cardio option. It does burn calories and according to my friends with hrm it is pretty accurate. Plus don't forget (according to bodybuilding.com) you actually burn another 30% of the total within the few hrs after strength training due to repair. So that's…

Do you have pandora? Under genre and workout there are some good stations. I usually use the Hard Rock strength training station it gets me pumped at the gym.
