  • I recently started the Women's health walk-run program. It is supposed to have you running for 30 minutes in 6 weeks. I am 3 weeks in and love it! If you google women;s health you should be able to find it.
  • I am a few days away from 6 months of not smoking. It is really mind over matter. I actually lost weight because now I am able to breathe when I run! Good luck!
  • I used to feel the same way until a lady next to me in the gym told me to pick a spot in front of me to focus on. Works great for me! Good Luck!
