  • You didn't ask which had less calories! It seems like an awful lot for one serving.
  • It just means forget your failures. It's not important how many times you failed, but that you continue trying. Sometimes I ate past my calorie goals. I would just try to be more diligent the next day. Candy and snack binge; just stopped bringing junk into the house. What's most important is that you keep trying. Good luck
