I recently got a tuna recipe from a coworker and I love it! It's a can of tuna in water, mayo or sour cream (low fat), dried cranberries and chopped pistachios. Super yummy!

If you do not have a pool at your disposal, you may want to wait until the sun goes down and take a walk. It should be cool enough at that point...just watch out for cars and wear light clothing!

I think the rule of thumb is to avoid most (if not all) fast food. If you cannot step into a McDonalds and tailor your food choices in order to make healthier decisions, it is best not to put yourself in that position. Thanks for sharing the list! I love hot banana peppers, so I put them in just about everything. If you like a little heat in your food, chop up some and throw them in your eggs. Another good one is spinach and goat cheese, which is super tasty. Or, you can play up the fresh veggies and herbs...there are so many interesting combinations!

During the week I exercise during that strange in between time where it's way past lunch, but not quite dinner, so I'll eat after. On the weekends, I get my exercise in earlier in the morning, so I try to have a little something before I exercise. Here is an article I found that may help:…

The breaker was when I passed the "safe weight" I had set for myself. That magic number that I had once said "I'll never EVER get up to." Well, I hit it and it was so depressing.
