New to MFP...

Afternoon all,

I'm Rob/Grins, and I started using my fitnesf pal on Monday. Seems to me to be a good system for watching what you eat and training and all that good stuff.

I've been training to some extent for years, about 8 years ago I was probably the fittest I've been, ran a half marathon and was pretty toned, and a little muscular. Since then I've suffered a few injuries which prevented me from running, and hitting thirty has seen the additional battle against the weight as everything I eat seems to try and make me grow outwards!

I'm now in the best shape I've been for a long time, running a fair bit and weight training a fair bit to keep my fitness up, I've kind of hit a wall with the training now which is irritating to say the least. After the initial 'wow look at the difference' I've hit the 'man, surely I should have lost more/gained more/arrrgh!' spot! :-)

Anyhow, Hope everyone's having a great Wednesday so far, and if you ever get bored my blog will be updated with my training cheers and woes pretty regular.

p.s. Is it possible to bulk up while trying to tone up? <- my major issue so far, which way to go! :-)
