I have had both knees replaced. The last one was in December 2010. It is EXTREMELY important that she keeps that knee bending and moving. It take about a year to completely heal. If she has access to a pool that is great. I used to sit in a chair and straighten and bend my leg several times a day. She can do this at her…

Peel them and freeze them. I spread them out on a cookie sheet and freeze them so that they don't stick together. I use them for smoothies and on cereal. I put them in a 1 gal zip lock to store in freezer

I use 10 instead of 11. Multiply the weight that you want to weigh ( not your present weight) x 10. If you want to weigh 140 lbs, multiply 140x10= 1400 calories a day. This works.

I lost 32 lbs in 4 months. I eat what I want. That way I don't crave anything and a good cold beer taste good when I get hot . I use MFP to count calories, cholesterol, fat, etc just to make sure that I don't get into to much trouble.

I take the amount that I want to weigh and multiply it by 10. This is the total daily calories that I eat. I have used calorie calculators and the answer is about the same.

I want to weigh 170 lbs, so I took 170 and multiplied it times 10. (170 x 10 = 1700 calories per day. ) When I reach my goal I may want to go to 160 lbs, so I will multiply 160 x 10= 1600 calories
