Lol I was thinking the exact same thing when I read the post topic ~ nice one....

Yes I do feel like I get noticed and have felt it since I was about 10 or 11 (early development gets noticed for sure!) I think I enjoy it more when I am at a healthy weight and have more confidence in myself. A lot of people think they "know" me from somewhere or I look like their 'friend' or someone they went to school…

I am with those of you that posted Balloons~ had one pop and bang into my eye once while blowing it up as a kid. since then ~ hate them. Oh and it's not really a "phobia" but I get creeped out by listening to people who CHEW and smack their food out loud ~ ugh!

Love it! So true :))

You look fantastic just the way you are! Amazing work and truly inspirational!

Is this post real? If so, it is one of the weirdest ones I have ever read....

WOW!! What a true inspiration you are!! Thanks for the visual comparison ~ you have given me renewed faith today after a rough week ~ thank you.

I packed the majority of my fat clothes in a tote ready to give to goodwill. Unfortunately, I am such a yo-yo dieter (I have clothes from sizes 18 down to size 10) I haven't given them away yet. This time around though when I reach my goal I am making that trip to goodwill ~ because the yo-yo dieting is done for me!

This post just made my day!! The people answering this are absolutely hilarious!! My answer is for the most part "no"....but lets just say my husband helped me through the birth of two children ~ what he had to witness was not pretty...but hey, all part of life nonetheless! lol

You look SO fantastic!! You have given me renewed faith on my journey TODAY!! My starting weight is similar to yours and my goal weight is 155 and I am 5'6". If I look even CLOSE to you when I reach my goal I will be ecstatic! EXCELLENT job!!

Wow! There are some really fantastic posts on here! It really opened my eyes to why my marriage ended three years ago! We had issues from the get go (no weight issues for either of us), but I tried my best to see past them and work on things for our two small sons. After a rough go of our youngest being born early & the…

This is great that you posted this as I thought I was alone in this! I started a couple months ago...I don't weigh in very much because I become scale obsessed too easily. This time around I am going by how my clothes fit. 18's were soooo tight in the summer. Now they feel loose but are not sliding off or anything. My size…

I have been on & off the Depo shot (off right now) for almost 20 years. I did gain weight when I first started taking it as well. I was able to lose it but have yo-yoed with my weight all this time so can't blame depo specifically. Definitely had some mood swings but...again I can't say it was the Depo for sure that was to…

I have been tracking for 2 months straight. If I happen to go over on a Friday or Saturday night I don't stress over it...and still lose. During the week I stick quite well to my goal so if I go over once or so on the weekend I still lose, I have lost close to 20 lbs in 60 days this way. Best of luck!

Lol OP your post made my day! Hawaiian shirts...ugh yuck! And the locking of your office door ~ totally have a similar guy down the hall from me! He TURNS my office light out even if I'm away from the office for 30 seconds. So ANNOYING ~ I am pretty sure the my company that makes millions of dollars a year can handle the…

and I'm not in a coma. :) Lol nice! I started about the same as you and have lost close to what you have since August (just don't weigh myself all the time...I tend to become scale-obsessed). I celebrated 60 days on mfp today and eat anywhere from 1200-1250 daily. I am doing great, feeling wonderful & have tons of energy.…

^^~Nice...my thoughts exactly. Looks are what get you interested enough to initiate a conversation. If the personality that accompanies those looks is lacking then there wouldn't be any sparks for me....

You look fantastic! Congratulations ~ from reading your posts you did everything right...the right way! My stats are similar to yours although I am a bit taller. I hope to look like you this time next year! GREAT JOB and a real inspiration :)

That was awesome ~ love the comparisons...Definitely keeping this for when I am small enough to fit in the Non-Gap jeans shown on the right! Thanks :D

My boys are usually quite good about finishing their meals. If they don't I wrap it up, put it in the fridge and they can have it for their snack later. That way there is very little food waste and it doesn't end up going to my "waist" haha!

WOW! I love your progress pics! It's like looking at the incredible shrinking woman lol! You have done amazing and look very well put-together in EVERY pic! Congrats :)
-
Totally this! I bought a mini trampoline Friday to aid in workouts. I took half a dozen jumps before my workout pants literally 'fell' down around me! Glad I was home alone...but it felt great!!

Awesome ~ You can totally see the difference losing 40 lbs makes! Great work ~ you should be very proud of yourself...inspiring!!

When someone over the age of 25 responds to something I said with "I know riiiiiggghht?!?!" This response should be left to teenagers where it originated. It's akin to teens in the 80's responding with "totally..." Leave the 'teen' talk where it should be!
