you can get moleskin and put it in areas that you are prone to getting blisters. will keep it from rubbing your feet.

when you get vitamin D from the sun you feel better when you get lack of sunlight (vitamin d ) you get depressed and depressed people tend to want to eat for comfort. i live in a prime place for weight lose. we get maybe 2 inches of rain in a whole year and a whole bunch of sun shine :)

as long as you are losing inches i would not worry about the numbers on the scales ( wth just throw the scale away) you can look sexy and thin and still weight alot. its all about how much muscle you have and how dense your bones are.

when you turn around and it loses your face is pauses it and you have to start the whole thing all over again. it has gotten really bad reviews because of it

zumba is pretty good as a cardio but not as great as running. you will be very sore for the first 20 or so lessons but it will get better. just don't get zumba for the xbox kinect

you can do it . it won't happen over night or in a week but you can do it. i would submit pics but when i was 260lbs i refused to let anybody even point a camera in my direction.

you CAN NOT yoyo your diet that way. it does not work and you will gain alot of weight quick. work out what you can on your body and eat healthy. DO NOT STARVE YOUR SELF!!

coffee its self is not a high calorie food its all the sugars you put in it that pack on the calories and the fat. also iced coffee has alot of ice in it taking up space.

I have been there too i lost one at 20 weeks back in Dec of 2009 and it really sucks. exercise really helped me pick my self up. it gave me goals again. and it got me healthy again both mentally and physically so we could try again.

it really depends on how much you have to lose. nobody noticed on me until i went out and bought more clothes that actually fit me properly.

I see a HUGE difference!!! you have to be careful about the spacing of your camera. Your new pics are a bit closer so it makes it seem like you are the same size. you have to be careful about that. even so much as 6 inches can make a difference.

stick with the 7 for a while if you are getting sore during and after your work outs. when you stop being sore dip lower and get slightly heavier weights.

i stay away from those channels. they make me very hungry and since i would have to go to the store to get the ingrediants i end up impulse buying alot of crap i really don't need to be eating. i also prerecord my shows and fast forward through all the McDonald and Bk commercials.

you don't see the results because you see your self everyday so it is gradual. same when you have children, you don't see the changes in babies til you look at a pic a month or two old and its startling. Keep up the great work!!!!
