you would be surprised how many people have tape works and dont even realize it. every little bit helps. its amazing when you start substituting healthy stuff for the greasy sugary stuff how many empty calories you can eliminate.

for 15 lbs alli is not really what you need. now if you were trying to lose 50-60 lbs it might be more useful. its just the side effects are not worth going through to lose that little weight and as soon as you are done you will put it right back on because you have to change how you think about food to lose weight. losing…

all of my candy is still sealed in bags ready for trick or treaters. something i do when i really want a sweet is i find out the calories before hand and make my self go and work them off before i eat them. by the time i am done i don't want anything to do with the candy. i had just worked so hard pulling 500 calories off…

yeah i have that problem with my wedding ring and engagement ring. downside is my wedding ring is titanium so i cant have it resized i have to have a new one made for me :(

this is a really good book and a recommended read for all women. she needs to get a restraining order quickly and she should not contact him at all. if she does he is getting a response that he "needs". go to the police. document document document. maybe there is a patter the police can use to catch him.

usually yes i think i am attractive. i have days where i pass a mirror and say "wow thats me? i am hot" and then i have days where nothing seems to fit right and everything i pick out makes me look fat. :(

if you are working out 5 days aweek do you think maybe the weight you are gaining is muscle? as far as the hypoglycemia eat lots of smaller meals so you don't have those high and low valleys and eat a good combination of fast carbs and complex carbs.

as soon as you get moving the easier it will become. the first step and first pound is the hardest. once you can get that you can do anything you set your heart and mind to do. take your husband up on the exercising with him. its hard to fail when you have a buddy that is willing to help you do it.
