Hi...I am a frustrated mother of four. I would like to lose about 100 pounds, but my downfall is always in the evening when the children are home. I can stick to a healthy eating plan and exercise from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. then the troops are home from school and I end up eating exactly what they eat. I am an older mom and I realize my metabolism can't handle what a younger mother can consume. I hope this tool can help keep me on track.

    make your kids eat healthier :) that way you can still eat what they are eating and be fine.
