come to fort irwin california. our wind sheild wipers dry rot before they ever get used (i am not kidding it sprinkled the other day and i had no clue how to turn on the wipers, that is how often they are used)

it all depends on the person. the best way to get an accurate reading is a HRM. that way you gave an almost exact number for what you need.

its a diet that you eat low calories for a certain amount of days and then higher calories for a few days. its supposed to kick start your metabolism and keep it going. i have been plateaued for about 5 years now and i am so done with it. i need to pull the last 40 lbs off me.

i agree. there is such thing as being a little too thin.

a full tank of gas. crawling into a freshly cleaned made bed. having my dishes done. coming home to a clean house. having a clean car. my daughter smiling at me when she sees me.

keep moving alot. watch what you eat (and i don't mean watching it move from your hand to your mouth). avoid alcohol. and get plenty of rest

it works well but you have to closely pay attention to what you eat. if you eat anything with fat in it it will give you the runs and a horrible stomach ache. i lost 10 lbs in a month on it.

don't give up the sweets just moderate them. if you have to have a peice of cake then cut it in half twice eat only a quarter and throw the rest away.

write down everything that is going through your head. no matter how small and then figure out how important they are to you and how they make you feel. sometimes its not just one thing but alot of small things that build up and pile on. it could be a relationship (both romantic and friendship and sometimes your friends…

it really depends on what you are eating. usually when you are counting calories you are more careful about what you eat so you are not eating as much empty calories

see my whole day is one giant exercise. i take care of 10-14 2 year olds all day long. i do alot of dips squats swinging and stuff like that between setting up tiny tables for meals and changing diapers. also all the running around and chasing toddlers around the room

very true.

stand on the edge of a stair and do heal raises very slowly. hurts like hell but works great.

sore is a good feeling. add some weight when doing your lunges and stuff.
