Zig Zag Diet
so my husband wants us to start whats called a zig zag diet tomm. i hear it works wonders for people who can stick with it. has anybody tried it and got results? in part i am kind of looking forward to it since we will be doing it togather.

how accurate is the FT4?
today i strapped this thing to my chest as soon as i woke up at 7 am til 6 pm when i got home from work. it said i burned 2301 calories while never reaching a target heart rate. is this accurate? how many of these should i consider excersise calories and how many are calories burned while just being alive?

using kinect to connect with others

pregnancy fatigue
i am 8 weeks pregnant and i am sooo tired. i work eat and sleep. everybody keeps telling me it would be easier if i worked out atleast a little but when i try i get very sick start shaking and vomiting. does anybody know how to combat this and get back some energy?

too skinny

ready at night dead in the morning.

100lbs down 47 to go
so far i have lost 100lbs i gained a few lbs back but hoping to getting it and more off. my goal is 140 lbs. its hard but can be done. i just started running again so looking great for that.
