Thank you everyone. I needed a little TLC. I did make a point to drag myself out tonight and talk to some people. I feel a lot better now, although I know I have some work left to do on my self-image. It will come. I've hit this place before and came out of it okay. I can do it again. God put the right people in my path…

That works. You need to preface your compliment so she doesn't think you are lusting after her.

Very light exercise if you have the energy. If you don't, then rest, rest, and more rest! Stretches are always good, esp. if you will be in bed for a while. Go easy on yourself though, so you don't stay sick longer than you need to. Don't forget to drink your fluids!

Today would be a good day to listen to "Smashing Pumpkins" while cleaning up, don't you think? ;-)

I've had that same phenomenon happen as part of my natural rhythm. I just wade it out and try to do the bulk of work in the morning or in the evening. How early do you eat lunch? Maybe you need to snack at least 3-4 hours afterwards. Water and an apple or granola bar during that time might take the edge off.

I agree. Play up the meat in the spaghetti and finish off with a lite Italian ice or some fruit salad garnished with coconut and a drizzle of honey. I never cared for veggies alongside spaghetti. They always seemed so bland. But, you can puree them into the sauce.

Soybeans are a GMO crop. Be sure to buy organic. As I understood it, soy contains some kind of plant estrogen. So, maybe there is a connection there? I thought, however, it was supposed to be good for you. You've peaked my curiosity now.

I had big issues with dairy a while back and was still able to eat hard cheeses and yogurt. That's about all the dairy I had. I avoided milk and anything related to it for about four years, with the exception of an occasional nibble of those two things. Now, I've upped my toleration to where I can have a glass of milk a…

I wish I could pick up and go myself! I need a winter rental up north. LOL

I can't even lift a cinder block! And that's about what I needed to lose when I first started! How in the world I can truck all that weight around and not feel it is beyond me!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I need to try this!

I would like to see someone try to eat that! I would have a hard time doing it myself! LOL. I wonder if the cat would confuse this with his own box, if for some reason it got left on the floor. Hmmmm. And, that being said, would a two-year old confuse the kitty litter cake with the cat litter box after a cake like this? --…

I can relate! I would love to be a B again. I think I am between a C and D right now. I think I'll be a C when I'm done. No more B's for me. Oh well!

Others do it to bookmark the post and come back to it later.

I'm on it! I wonder if you can use honey instead of sugar, too. Anyone tried that?

It sounds like he wants to hang out with you. Why not take a couple of people to hang out with him? (Maybe at a club event?) He may make a nice friend after all, or maybe you can introduce him to other people who he would end up befriending? He might just be shy at making his own friends, but you made it easier to reach…

For next time (hoping there isn't, of course): Barnes and Noble stores usually have a restroom. Most of the time, they are pretty clean. I'm sorry your birthday ended with you on the pot.

Mc Donald's! And, probably the chicken nuggets. Back then, there really wasn't any meat in them.

Well said. I like when a guy helps me out, e.g. holds the door open, clears snow off my car, etc. and connects his eyes with mine while putting on the best smile and manners when doing it. If he whistles or gives me any of those comments that scream sexual turn on, then I won't give him the time of day.

I'd tune you out. It's better that you try to get to know me before you drool.

I would just sample a little from each. If there is a fridge in your room, save a little for lunch on the way out. Factor in some exercise tomorrow, and perhaps, eat a lighter dinner. It's not the end of the world. Next time, you will know to get one or two items that you can finish in their entirety.

I dropped half a size on level one, then fell off the wagon. I am attempting to get back on. (I think I let level 2 scare me, and put it off one day too many.) I recommend trying it out via a library loan or even trying out the sample clips on YouTube.

I notice that when I am not taking my vitamins, I start to get more moody. I am trying to eat better overall, so hopefully, I won't be as affected. Definitely double check your nutrients. Also, if you can go outside, there is something about the sun and fresh air that is motivating.

Brush your teeth, drink water. Keep busy doing your bedtime routine.

Soup! Some supermarkets sell a "soup kit" of prepackaged vegetables that you can toss in with some of your beans. My sister did this with black beans. It was actually quite tasty! For seasoning, you can use salt & pepper or get more creative and add things like dill, thyme, rosemary, etc.

You look more toned and smoothed out than before. It's like you took a layer off. Keep going! You'll love how you feel and lose some more layers as you go along. I only lost about one pound on level one, but I went down on measurement. (Muscle, water retention is my guess why the weight was slow to come off for me.)
