It's not a good feeling! Have you taken any measurements? Are your clothes fitting better? If you are keeping a record of the food you eat and the exercise you do and are not losin weight go see your doctor, it could be under active thyroid or a number of medical reasons why the weight is not shifting. I have been following a healthy eating plan since last Sunday and have not gotten on the scale since. I havr taken my measurments 3 times and have lost cm which makes me just as happy. I tink I'm ready to face the scale and will weigh in weekly.

I may want to weigh my self all the time. but I really want to know what my weight is. Have to wait till pay day anyway. :wink:

I use chromium everyday, it helps me cause I do have a n insulin problem (not diabetic yet and trying hard to keep it that way) It does stop the sugar cravings.
