Corn thins, they're like rice cakes but made with corn. With peanut butter, fills the gap just before gym so that I don't eat whatever's in sight after gym.

I think you need to learn to listen to your body, hunger is a good indicator that you need to eat, some days I'm hungrier than others and then I eat a little more than days when 1200 cal is enough.

Brown rice does stay a lot firmer than white rice, are you sure it's not cooked?

My thyroid is a huge problem as my weight comes off super slowly and drives me insane. I've never had a complete stand still of my weight before, 6 weeks not going up not going down! Go dancing the night away, no booze allowed just drink lots of water.

Have one and go for a nice de-stressing walk or run later. I find that if I say no to everything I land up over doing it sooner ot later, but if I plan for "cheats" I'm more in control.

Please eat a little more! At least 1200 per day minimum and on days you exercise eat some if not all of your exercise calories back. Your poor body is running on empty wondering when it's going to get fed again and hanging on to fat stores for dear life.

It's what you eat without exercise, you eat back at least half of your exercise calories so the more you burn the more you eat.

Wow and here I thought I was the only one with hashimoto thyroidism! The meds help alot, but remember to get a blood test every year cause things change quickly with this disease. Good luck with the weight loss.

Lost another 2.2 lbs this week!!!! So happy. That brings me to 11 lbs in total and I wanted to lose 10 lbs by my birthday on the 3rd September. Eevery pound - lose from now until the 3rd will be a bonus!
