I bake ....a lot....... for orders only so I don't eat my baking! Muffins are very bad as it's oil that makes them so moist! Lots of oil!

low fat plain yogurt, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tbsp lite fruit chutney, salt and pepper to taste. Marinade chicken for at least 30min. Grilled. YUMMY

I looked at your food diary, looks like you're eating a lot of refind white flour ie bread. Try having new potatoes and brown rice and wholewheat pasta instead. Eat less of theses carbs and more veggies.

I suppose I should have said to stay trendy and "fashion". Clothes can really age you and I always find that if I dress well and do my hair and make up I feel better about myself and try harder to be fit and healthy. Sushi is not that bad if you can control how much of it you eat. Opt for half a pizza with mostly veg toppings and ask for half the cheese. You wont even know the difference.

I have never counted calories before and when I entered my profile on this site 1200 is what came up, no other reason. I have had a bigger breakfast this morning so today I should be on track.

Even though you may weigh a little more during the day than first thing in the morning the weight lost is still the same. oh dear, looks like I've been eating too little! I eat 1200 everyday and very seldom eat back my exercise calories :( Will have to make some adjustments. I do feel satified with 1200 calories do I have to force myself to eat?

It may be fine in calories but your poor body will get bored and your weight loss will be minimal. What about fresh vegetables etc.
