Emotional eating is the killer
I managed to get my weight under control last year and have put it all back on and some. I have gone through a very difficult time and have eaten my feelings away. I don't know how to stop this cycle. Any help would be welcome.

Lost all motivation

Why is my weight not coming off?
I have been trying so hard, going to gym, keeping active and eating healthily. I drink lots of water too. For the last 6 weeks my weight has not changed. I still have lots of weight to lose but this is so frustrating.

Addicted to MFP

I feel like death (pity part)
I have the worst flu I've had in years. I've been in bed for two days, I'm still counting my calories but haven't moved much. How will this affect my weight loss? I'm on antibiotics and flu meds.

I don't always finish my calories
I have been counting calories with MFP for almost 3 weeks. I don't always consume all 1200 calories although I do get pretty close. I don't feel hungry and have loads of energy. Do I have to force my self to eat a bit more? Feel free to go have a look at my food diary.

Confused
There has been many post about 1200 calories vrs eating more. I have only been on MFP for 2 weeks, I am coping with 1200 calories and eating slightly more when I exercise. Must I increase my calories at some stage or do I stay on 1200 till I'm at goal weight? I do find that some days I'm hungrier than others.

I don't have a scale and have no idea how much weight I've lost but I know that I've lost 7cm this week. I weighed on a friend's scale to get my start weight. How often should I weigh and should I buy a scale?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this community and was wondering if anyone has an eating plan I can follow. I need to eat 1200 calories per day. Also when I excersise to I need to then eat more or do I still eat no more than the 1200 calories? Only started on Sunday and not sure it all works yet.:huh:
