Emotional eating is the killer

I managed to get my weight under control last year and have put it all back on and some. I have gone through a very difficult time and have eaten my feelings away. I don't know how to stop this cycle. Any help would be welcome.

    Sounds simpe but it isn't:

    1. Put yourself first.
    2. Food doesn't solve problems, in fact overeating adds to problems.
    3. Treat food as fuel to keep your awesomeness in tact.

    Take charge of your healthy lifestyle! For me, I feel like crap if I don't work out and don't eat right. I also have an awesome FL that supports my efforts and calls me out when I screw it up.
