This morning I was193.5. Did not loose any weight this week. I was on my plan with working out and eating right. I feel as far as clothes they have been feeling better but no 1-2 pounds weight loss.

Down to 193.8 so I am very happy that the scale went down. I cant wait till I go down to the 189 because I have not been that in like 15years or more!!

CW196 Just a couple days ago I was 195 so I am bummed about it. I ate right stayed with in my Calories, worked out ,only thing I can think of is I did not drink enough water. Well I guess It happens. Hope everybody else did great.

Hallo Everybody!!!! This week went by pretty fast the weather here in the midwest was in the 30s so I was out walking allot. I loved it!!!

Good morning everybody!!!! Just wanted to say how nice it is to be doing this challenge with everybody it has been helping me a lot!!!! 1-15 I was 196.4 1-21 I weigh 193.4 Lost 3 pounds!!!!!

Had a bad week end just felt blah. Not sure what was wrong. Did not keep track of my food at all and also did not work out, and I cant afford to do this to myself anymore. I just got of the Elliptical for 60 and feel better.

I have lost 0.6lbs. My close do feel better and my tummy does not bulge out so much. I did drink 64 ounces of water most days. I think i need to double up my work outs to loose 2 lbs a week. Thats going to be my plan for this coming week.

Went Ice Skating yesterday and fell on my knees Ouch!!!!! Now my left knee is bruised swollen and it hurts. Cant do no cardio for the next 2-3 days. Have to make sure I watch my food Intake very closely so I wont gain

Lost 1.5. not bad!!! I am now 197.5

I lost 2 this week so I am Ok with that. :-) Will do the same thing this week work out 5 days a week and this week I would like to lift some weights as well.

I have the snaky- snaky problem at night a lot too. What has helped me is drinking some tea more specific Chickweed tea for some reason it seems to suppress my appetite.

I like the Kashi frozen meal alot. I also look at the sodium make sure it is not to high.

So far so good. Have been doing the elliptical and want to start some weight lifting this week maybe 2x. I am still bummed that i cant walk or go for a run.(planter facilities on my left heel) Been hurting for 6 months now so that put the brakes on my weigh-loss and my spirit. I have an App on my phone and that makes a great difference for me. But I can have all the gadgets and my eating habits are sometimes bad for weeks before i get back on the track. Well I have it for 3 months now and just recently went to the podiatrist. This is what he told me: Always wear shoes even in the house, so the only time i have no shoes on is shower and when I am sleeping. I have been doing so good the last 3 weeks. I lost 5 Lbs and now i can feel I am PMSing and I just want to eat and eat and eat. I get sweet cravings too. I know i have 2 weeks of this and I will gain all of this back. So so frustrated...;-(
