    OMG it's half way?!?! YIPES! well time to get my butt in gear... it's going the right dirrection tho.. down 1.5 this week!!! Almost the 2 I was aiming for....

    I love this challenge! It has really kept me motivated!

    5 lbs?! :noway: My 182.5 right in the middle of a week of bad eating. I don't really see it as that big a loss, cause I was at 180 before I started eating too much. But still... I FINALLY MADE IT INTO THE 170's!!! :smooched: :love:

    A gain of 0.4 pounds this week.. It was expected since I only worked out 3 times this week because I was visiting family..
    But I am really lookin forward to the 150's , I can see it in the near future and I can see myself smiling once I am there... The future is bright friends, not just for me but for all of us!

    Today: 162

    2 pound loss, right on target! I have 20 pounds to go to reach my goal weight, and hopefully I get there by June 1st!

    This morning I was193.5. Did not loose any weight this week. I was on my plan with working out and eating right.
    I feel as far as clothes they have been feeling better but no 1-2 pounds weight loss.

    It is hard to believe we are half way!!! Looking forward to the second half of this journey already!! Thus far I have lost 19lbs!!! Woo Hoo!! More then that I have become very pohysically motivated!! I have run 2 - 5k's and signed up for a sprint marathon in May!! Thank you all for your help in this journey your posted each week have encouraged and motivated me to keep up the good fight!!

    This week I am down 1.6 lbs. Next week I am hoping for atleast 1lb loss to put me at an even 20 lbs for our half way weigh in,

    This week - more calories on my food list and less on my snacks!!
    Exercise 6 days
    Burn a minimum of 500 calories each day!!

    addisyn- 0.4 is nothing baby! You got this. You're doing so well. You will be in the 150's before you know it. Just keep your eyes on the prize and you will get there.

    Bettyboop- A loss of 1.5 is great!

    As for me I am only down 0.8 this week. I really hoped it would be more, but I was over on my sodium several days this week. Looking forward to a new week! One of these days I am going to pull a 3 or 4 lb loss I just know it!

    Great work girls! I actually stayed the same this week. Only 2 workouts this week, some bad eating. Looking forward to start seeing a loss again next week.

    lost 2.4lbs
    A little bit over my goal (not complaining) but TOM is over :happy:

    Last Sunday I got a BodyMedia FIT and so far, its GREAT
    I do recommend (instead of a HRM) specially because it keeps track of my sleeping pattern and a more accurate calorie expenditure for all day. Now my main work is just tracking calories consumed.

    Bump!!

    I just want to let everyone know this week I will not have time to participate in the dicussion thread. I am going to be very busy the coming months. I am going to weigh in tomorrow but I am down so far this week so I am very encouraged by this. Still trying to get back to my ticker weights and I don't think I am going to do that this week unless I make it to gym today and that is probably not going to happen since I have people working in my condo and things are a mess around here.

    I'm happy with that considering I didn't do my harder workouts like I'd planned. So my goal for this week is to stick to them and do them :)

    Buuuttt I am happy with it, because I got on the scale on Wed. morning and it was 336.8!!!!!! And I just started doing my Tae Bo workouts on Wed. so my excitement is in the probability that the little bit of gain is from muscle work??! Because those are somewhat intense workouts and I've been keeping my eating in order. So I'm gonna keep up with the Tae Bo and we'll see what happened next week :) Great job everyone!!

    I will take it...since I changed a lot of what I was doing (workout, calorie intake, starting regualr BCs with the Depo still in my system) Hoping for some steady losses in the next couple of weeks.

    Well I am up 1.4lbs. but didn't expect much. I haven't worked out at all this work. Car shopping every day after work since insurance has written mine off after a fender bender a few weeks ago. Next week will be so much better since I have found a new car and now I just have to wait until the beginning of April for it to get here. Yay no more car dealerships!! :)

    Looking forward to having Jillian kick my butt next week!

    Well I am down 2.4 pounds from last week, which is EXACTLY where I was the week before. I sure would like to hit that 10 pound lost mark. Still working hard...I can't believe we are nearly at the half way mark. I am just happy to still be here considering all the times I've wanted to give up.
