I'm off all my diabetic meds, HBP meds in half and off my cholesterol. I did blood work for insurance and my total cholesterol was too low. A1C went from 9.5 to 5.5. Feel awesome.

You can do it, just set your head and want it more than anything else in the world. If I'm temped by food in a room, I'm no longer in that room. You can do it, just stayed focused on the new you and it will come and you'll feel GREAT!!!!
