Older Food Dairy
I am trying to look at the food in my dairy from the beginning of my weight lose in 2012 and 2013. I'm trying to lose the 40 pounds I have gained back and I want to get the foods I ate then but my dairy doesn't show any food logged in earlier than 2017. Can I get access to thos if I go premium?

I was trying to go back to see what I was eating in the 2011 and 2012 years but there isn't anything there. Is there anyway to get that information loaded back? The premium site have it?

Crossfit exercise in log options
I do Crossfit but I don't see that option in the exercise database, how do I log that? Is there a Crossfit option in the works?

Fitbit Steps vs exercise added to dairy?
I have my Fitbit connected to MFP and it adjusts the calories from the step each day, I also do Crossfit but it only counts the steps, do I add something to the exercise part of my dairy as well?

Creatine Question
I have been taking two forms of creatine, AMP 180 and a multi-vita pack I had blood work done and my potassium level was really high. Has anyone had this happen or know anything about this. I know high potassium levels are a sign on kidney problems just wondering if the creatine was the cause. Thanks all

Lifting weights but not sore?
I'm doing 8 reps with as much as I can then upping the weight for 6 reps and then upping weight for 4 reps. I'm not real sore the next day, so am I doing something wrong or do I need to change something.

I'm 42 my goal was 185 lbs, I will hit that tomorrow. I was 302 in Jan and 275 in June. I have looked around and the calorie intake to maintain is 1700 to 2300 per day with no exercise. Eating out at Mexican Place
I have a Bible study group that gets together to eat one night a week at a Mexican place. They already eat on the study and I work around that one. I like hanging out with these guys but cant find a dish that doesnt have a zillion calories in. Any ideas, I eat enough salads during the week so that wont do. Thanks
