Creatine Question

I have been taking two forms of creatine, AMP 180 and a multi-vita pack I had blood work done and my potassium level was really high. Has anyone had this happen or know anything about this. I know high potassium levels are a sign on kidney problems just wondering if the creatine was the cause.
