Thanks everyone for the replies. I think I am going to keep track of the time we stretch, time we lift and the time we run/whatever and add them in, get a number then make my custom workout.

My has 1/4 cup old fashion oats 1/4 cup greek yogurt (I use plain but any would do) 1/3 cup almond milk 1/4 cup diced fruit (peaches, strawberries, blueberries atc) 1 TBS of local honey overnight (or a few hours later) done

I did use it, it takes about 15 minutes with warm up and cool down. It didnt do anything for me I stuck with it for 2 weeks, I switched to weight lifting and still do the Yoga Flex from time to time. I may start it again after I build some mass it seems to be good for toning which I really didnt want to do that this time

First off, you want to do this slow. You lose it fast you will most likely gain it back. Second, watch your calories intake. You should be taking in close to 1500 to 1800 calories a day, correct if thats not enough guys. I did 1200 calories per but I lost it way too fast. So check your calorie level

Watch your sodium, I was eating way under my calories but my sodium was thru the roof and it caused weight gain. Also believe it or not artificial sweetener will cause weight gain. I also hit a spot where I wasnt losing weight and I was eating oatmeal with splendia and read about this, cut out the splendia and dropped it.…
