High Protein, Low Carb Protein Cookies/Bars Recipes

So the shop products are hugely expensive so was hoping to make somethign similar at home.

I found a recipe for Protein cookies but the calorie count is quite high compared to shop bought.

Anyone have any tried and true recipes?

I like Jamie Eason's cinnamon swirl bread but with the sweetner reduced a little (way too sweet and I'm a sweet tooth)

Jamie is AWESOME!!!! She's got Carrot Cake, Lemon and Chocolate Protein Bars. The Carrot Cake is awesome.
