Ok, I'm confused!!! I weight 302 lbs in Jan, I am now at 186. I am too skinny I look sick, every where except my belly and its flabby. I lost from 275 in mid May to 183 on Monday of this week. I lost the wieght fast with just diet, no pills, no surgery. I need a little help. I hear my belly wont get smaller and I hear I can have an 8 pack if I work at it. Which is true and if I can with work what do I do. I'm doing 10 Minute Trainer, I do suck at it, but I am doing it. Any ideas?

Inbox me ideas so I can read them on my phone thanks all

Sounds like you need to build some muscle overall. You can't target specific areas.

First of all, congrats on your weight loss!

Secondly, is it fat or just loose skin? There's a big difference. If it's loose skin, nothing is going to change it except time and/or surgery. If it's fat, you need to work on building muscle rather than spending your workout time doing cardio. If you can't get to a gym to lift heavy weights, do bodyweight exercises to help you build muscle. www.bodyrock.tv has AWESOME bodyweight workouts. Building that muscle will burn the fat and help you get the body shape you're looking for.

just bringing to light that even a hardworking individual that works out like the guy in the above picture (whoever he is), can have some stubborn belly fat.

you need to eat at a calorie deficit for a long time, and keep doing strength training to trim your body fat percentage. squats, deadlifts, and chest presses.

Well, for fat on the belly, this is how I think it works: this is usually the last area of fat to leave (for men; for women it seems to be on the butt; with some variances between indivudals) ....so it means you have to get rid of ALL the fat. Losing fat goes by cardio, not specific exercises. By this we mean that you should increase your heart rate (run/swim/bike/..) for at least 20 minutes in a raw (not 2 times 10 minutes full speed). But running 20 or 60 min every day will not systematically make you see your abs: you have to limit the fat getting in as well. Even small amounts like cheese or regular milk hurt.

I came from 112 kg (247 lb) to 68 kg (150lb) for 1m90 (6.23 feet), running 10 hours/week, 500 sit up/day ( but going through fasting)...I was still seeing fat in the mirror while anyone would see my abs (I got much of the weight back later but use others to know when to stop)

In essence, I think the level of fat should be around 10-15% but I find it quite difficult to take measurements the same way each time.
