I can totally relate to the OP. A thigh gap means a lot of things. 1.Firm thighs, 2. NO RUBBING of the thighs, & 3. It's look GREAT! Keep up the good work & in time you'll achieve these results. I recommend Beach Body INSANITY. He does a fantastic job working those legs, glutes, & thighs (and everything else). Post pics…

I agree, you can have a kid with a large frame but if he's overweight (fat) it's because he's eating excess calories! Your defensiveness is not going to help him get healthy. Why fix something when you don't think it's broken?!?! Overweight children face a hard life starting at a young age, starting with self esteem…

No you are not alone! I am married and I love my husband but when I workout I workout alone with the door locked! I don't like anyone to see me working out, I lose concentration and get a bit self conscious! I only run in front of people cause I love to run outdoors but other people are running too so it's not embarrassing.

I started eating back my exercise calories because I wasn't loosing weight. I even added "Burned calorie refuel" to my food journal! If I burn 900 calories and eat my 1200 then I only have 300 calories/units of energy. This is not good for the body. If I burn too much whereas it's almost impossible to refuel all my burned…
