  • Maybe try snacking on fruit and nuts these are healthy and wont have a huge calorie gain. xx

  • I know its a bit long winded but you can put in each item and amount of each item and it will add up the calorie intake for u!! so on FOOD start from top the meat amount and then it will tell u each calorie amount and then it will say how many calories you have left. Take the amount u have left away from your calorie…

I cant seem to stop some days and i hate the feeling after but yet that too dont stop me..i will tell u one thing i have done and that is put a picture of myself on the fridge and the snack cupboard of me when I was skinny..it certainly brings it home to me thats how i want to look and not how i look now.…
