Yeah I think when I finally reach my goal weight it will be easier to eat that much protein, but since I’m at a deficit 750 calories of protein is a big chunk of my day 😂 but I have been getting it up to 150 lately and will keep trying to get it closer to 160-180 😊 Thank you 😊

I’m currently not exercising other than walking. My deficit is pretty high but I’m going to up my calories. I just realized my math was off and 30% bf would be 181 not 169 like I thought. Thank you :) I know some will be lost inevitably I just want to reduce it as much as possible to I’m being efficient with my weight loss. I have lost weight many times before but never really the right way and never manageably so that’s my intent now. Thank you for helping 😊😊

Yeah that’s what I was worried about, I will up it to 165. There was no was I could eat 208g per day though 😂 when I first read that online I thought it was way too high and would take up a lot of my calories. Thank you!

I eat a semi Mediterranean diet (minus seafood) so it’s predominantly plant based, but I eat chicken a couple times a weeks. I eat other types of meat too, just had to give up red meats though 😞

Hey I have PCOS too and also see a napro doctor. We haven’t talked much nutrition as I have been able to lose weight with my own plan. I did also just have an ovarian wedge resection done by him in early November
