When I did the 30 DS I always counted it as circuit training.

I have just done the same thing. I am really enjoying it and using the app on my itouch is really motivating.

To mix it up without doing the same workout everyday I am alternating between all the levels. Level 3 by far is the hardest!

You should only record your weight 1X per week and if possible at the same time each week. Congrats on the loss so far!

I just finished day 2 of level 1. I hope I don't get bored by the same routine everyday though. Great workout though!
