Thank you. I was just wondering how you incorporate extras into your daily calorie limit. If you look at it weekly instead of daily then you can cut back on one day to have a restaurant meal or something that does not normally fit into your daily calories.

I would like to workout at home,but I dont have any cardio equipment. The only thing I have are some dumbells. I have started walking at lunch but thats about it at the moment Open to suggestions... Looks like you have a great set-up at home.

I have the same problem. On anti-inflammatory pills. Hard to do anything and can't exercise. :(

Make sure you are connected on the fitbit site as well

Try re-booting your fitbit. As well, disconnect from the MFP app and then reconnect again. This has worked for me before.

Mine won't register any of the steps I took on fitbit.

Yes, but you need to have the same start time and minutes you worked out when you add exercise.

If you have connected your fitbit to MFP then you would need to disconnect it so that you don't automatically get those calories

I have logged it in the past as low impact aerobics.

If you have problems symching, disconnect the app from mfp and then reconnect again right away. It usually works.
