Add a bit of Truvia and fruit or some sugar free jam. I like to mix plain Greek yogurt, a touch of vanilla extract, a little Splenda (or whatever), and some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice -- tastes like a sugar cookie! People on other websites suggested using unsweetened cocoa powder, too, but I haven't tried that.

When I travel, I usually bring my two fruits, some veggies like baby carrots and/or a cut up cucumber, and a couple of bottles of water.

I have been on it since July 2011. I love it! It is the only plan that has ever worked for me, probably because it is specific yet allows for variety. I have made it my lifestyle, with only a little cheating at the holidays. It has taught me what healthy eating truly looks like.

On my first weigh-in of 2013 on Jan. 2, I was 158; I had put on a lot (about fourteen pounds) over the holidays (water retention and fudge retention).
