Vitamins and Minerals are completely irrelevant with regards to "Fruits and Vegetables." You're comparing a micro and a macro. Your pH levels are never shifted to an unhealthy level when on a high protein diet because those who actually FOLLOW that diet know to eat their greens and eat heatlhy.
