  • it does go by your weight. My sister and I are doing the same things but weigh different. she burns more than i do because she weighs more. if you play around with the numbers under exercise and in the search area, you can change the weight and see what someone else's size would burn. If they weigh more then they work off…

  • After my first 2 kids I was back to a comfortable me, then the unexpected but much loved last one came and played hell on my system. I want to be back to comfortable me again. I just have to stick with it and change it up every day or i won't be able to.

  • I have netflix and I am doing the SELF mag dvds. They are working great. My husband has already noticed a difference.
