Definitely make sure you're eating enough. I was losing very little until I upped my daily calorie intake by 200 extra a day, now I seem to be having much better weekly losses. Stick with it, it'll start coming off in the end!!

I hated drinking water. I found I couldnt actually swallow it! So I worked on it. Get a bottle of water and have it next to you all the time. Take the TINIEST sips from it, little and often. Soon I got used to it, and now I find I actually crave it! Imagine that! ;)

Could you have a mini detox? Nothing drastic, just make a conscious effort to 'eat clean' for 3 or 4 days? Lots of water, veggies, fish etc - because your body has probably adjusted to being given higher levels of sugar, fat and salt. Most of all - don't beat yourself up about it! Ello... Maybe look up the menu online in advance, tot up your cals roughly before you go so that you're not panicking about it. Then when you get back you can tweak the cals to make them more precise according to portion size. Anything with grilled chicken or plain tomato sauces are normally a winner.
