Well I really hope it is - or I'll never be 'in'! I wouldn't trade my curves for the stick-thin look... ever, regardless of fashion! :D

Easier to walk with shopping bags :)

Thanks for this! I've just been washing it every day and suffering the consequences, never thought of dry shampoo! (Duuuh!) :) x

Heya! Yep, over my cals most days. But I'm still losing weight regularly so actually, me and my carbs are sticking together! Yummm... :) If that changes then I'll re evaluate. :) x

I usually prepare it however I'm having it (ie trim it, chop it up etc) then weigh it before I cook it :)
-
Very well done! You should be really pleased, that's awesome :)

Absolutely this ^^^

If you have always thought of yourself as good looking, what does it matter what others think? Be happy that you feel confident :)

Oh dear!! Go for the lowest number?!
-
Nope :) I only choose the fat free stuff if I already know it tastes as good, or at least NEARLY as good ;) With the excpetion of ice cream... then I go fat free fro yo. :) x

I try to keep mine under 350... but that's purely so I can eat more for the rest of the day! :)

I evidentally don't micro manage my nutrition enough, because I don't really know how to answer. But if it comes in a pie, It's my favourite.

So sorry to hear about your loss... and that's totally what it is. Try to think 'fuel' and not food. Nibble on something bland like a cracker every now and then so you don't feel full and in turn, sick. Similarly.... little sips of water just to keep you at least a little hydrated. It will all help you cope (which I am…

Genuinely... 50/50. I'm only 28 and found out I HAD massively high blood pressure... so started exercising. Then thought I might as well slim down as I had become single again... so can honestly say 50/50! Although happy to admit that weight loss in the past has been 100% vanity.

Every few weeks I go over my cals once... by a couple of hundre, not masses. But I actually find it boosts the loss a bit, personally!

I have spent the whole afternoon battling with the same issue... I want chocolate! Chocolate flavoured things just don't have the same effect! And eating a small amount is frustrating....So if anyone has the solution I'd be interested too!

Do it! I have baby spinach with absolutely anything!

I know exactly what you mean! I was walking around a supermarket yesterday and I noticed I was standing taller, made me smile to myself as I felt like I was walking like a giraffe!! It's a good feeling (good posture... not being a giraffe) :) x

Personally I keep it exactly as it is - so that I don't confuse my system. I eat breakfast in the morning after a night, before I sleep. Then I sleep... have a snack if I wake up mid afternoon, then I have a light dinner around 17:00. Then (and this is the confusing bit!) I eat my LUNCH at around 23:00. (So lunch after…

I exercise myself some extra chocolate calories! Then eat chocolate, with what can only be described as an inappropriately blissful look on my face. ;)

When I first wake up in the mornings I can't walk in a straight line and invariably walk into my doorframe while trying to exit my bedroom. Makes me laugh at myself every time :)
