For lunch tomorrow.

I bought baby spinach (additional salad makings at the office.)
individual frozen chicken breast
whole wheat tortilla wraps
individual packets of tuna.

I'm thinking about tuna or grilled chicken breast wraps, but I'm wondering if it would taste alright to put some baby spinach in there, too?

I've just recently come to like fresh baby spinach so I'm still new to all it's possibilities.

You can even saute it a bit with the chicken, and it would be so tasty in the wrap.

LOVE baby spinach! I'd pound out the chicken breast, saute a little spinach with garlic in extra virgin olive oil, then put it inside the chicken breast and grill it!

Spinach is amazing in wraps....that, tuna, a little bit of balsamic and you have an awesome lunch! I put a few craisins in mine, but that's just personal preference. :-)

Well, alrighty then! Guess I'll be putting the baby spinach in my wraps, too! LOL

    Thanks for the input, guys!

I'm so hesitant when it comes to trying new foods so I didn't want to ruin my new found love of spinach by putting it in something that would taste bad.

I could quote everything above! We buy baby spinach at Costco! Sauteed with garlic and onion salt is great too. We make tacos with baby spinach instead of lettuce. Great way to get nutrition!
