Sweaty hair, dry shampoo, etc?

Not sure if this is exactly the best forum to put this in, but anyway...
I usually exercise in the afternoon/evening hours after my morning shower. After working out, I rinse my body off quickly but this doesn't really help with the gross, sweaty head of hair situation. If I wash my hair once per day it dries out, so washing it twice most definitely isn't an option!
So anyone have good dry shampoos to recommend? And how well do they work/are they drying? Or are there any other good solutions?

They have little cans of the Ojon one at Sephora (I go to one that is in my local JCPenney). I keep one in my gym bag always.0

i wash hair every otherday so i run into the same problem as you. I use treseme dry shampoo. It works really well. When i first used it i wasn't very impressed and then i realized i was doing it wrong lol. I usually spray the whole top of my hair and then flip my head and spray the underneith it works pretty well and i havent had any issues with drying out0

I use pantene pro-v i have for probably 13 years now. I wash my hair 3x a week . It doesnt dry out my hair or make it greasy. I have really long hair so it takes alot to make my hair gross. Also i use bedhead that works great too. Also use less conditioner or use detangler with no conditioner that may help as well. Good luck0

I use one by Sebastian which is color specific (brunette, blonde, etc.) I haven't liked it because of the smell. I can't wait to try some of the others recommended here.0

Great question. Can you clarify? .... what is the best way to use dry shampoo? How many inches away do you spray?0

Thank you to everyone for all the recommendations! I'll have to go try some to see which I like best0
