I can't believe it has been 4 weeks already!! I really enjoyed having this challenge. I failed to weigh in this morning. I have the day off and apparently forgot that it was Monday!! I make my own Homemade Larabars. There are a lot of recipes if you do a search for them. The base of them is some kind of nut and then dates to hold everything all together. My favorite is cashews, dates, almond butter and a little vanilla. Sometimes I add a few dark chocolate chips that I chop up. They taste like cookie…

Well.... I did not accomplish the burps. However, I did do over 100 jumping jacks and I also did my first day of 30 day shred. After that, I was pretty sure the burpees would kill me. Two out of three isn't bad!

I thought both Rachel and Bobby looked too thin. Hopefully it was just for the finale and they can safely gain a few pounds back without completely derailing their success. I did think that Tumi and Marie looked awesome!

It wouldn't work for me because then I would just want in the drawer more! :devil: You could just switch the snacks in that drawer to be snacks that are within your calories allotment so then you don't have to have those temptations around. I really struggle at work with snacks too though so I do understand. I did finally…

I am definitely in for the jumping jacks! Burpees KILL me so I am going to try to do as many as I can. I will definitely have to break them up throughout the day. If time allows tomorrow I will go for 45 minutes. I will do at least 20 minutes, for sure. good luck everyone!

Food planning done! I have been doing this every Sunday for the last month. It does help me out during the week. There is a Smoky Chipotle Hummus on allrecipes.com. It is amazing! I have only tried store bought once and didn't care for it too much but it may have been the kind I bought. :)

Plain Greek yogurt with 1 cup of fruit. I also add some truvia. Keeps me full until lunch, most days. I also always have some cheese sticks at work if I get hungry before lunch. Works well for me!

When I see a weird weight gain, I always just remind myself that there is NO way that I ate enough calories to have gained. I am sure that even if you didn't eat perfect, you didn't eat enough to gain 8 lbs. listen to everyone else, drink water and don't let the number on the scale get you down. Hang in there!
