    Apples, oranges,
Raw Veggies, maybe with a bit of hummus

I love Salsa, I just cant find anything low cal to dip in it, so a few baked chips hit the spot when I have some calories left

Make you own chips! They are awesome with salsa!

Now I want to make chips.. LOL

No salt added bread and butter pickles.
  • I was missing my icecream treats .. so today I made my own.

I used 1/2 tub No Fat Chobani yoghurt, 1 kiwi fruit, 1 nectarine, 1 tub Weight Watchers jelly (jello).

By the time I divided it they only worked out at 38 cals each. A little tart, so even adding some honey wouldn't make them more than 50cals each. Probably wouldn't need it if I had used one of the flavoured Chobani's and sweeter fruit like an orange or strawberries.

I added them to the food list if you search Chobani, kiwifruit ... (added all the nutrition facts).
